Great form and great function on this beautiful Yew wood dining table by the John Widdicomb Furniture Co. When closed with the drop-leaves down it is only 21" wide, 38" long and 29" high. However, there are four leaves (in pristine condition in their original wood storage case) measuring 13 1/2" each. When all leaves are in and the drop-leaves are up, it extends to 87". The table has tapered, carved legs with brass feet. American, mid 20th c.
