Harry Balmer for Laurel; Pair of Brutalist Lamps

There's a fine line between light and art with these exceptional Brutalist table lamps designed by Harry Balmer for the Laurel Lamp Company.  The bodies of the lamps are composed of torch cut blackened steel and they sit on blackened steel bases.  The fabric shades are new.  43" h., shade 17" diam. base 5" square.  American, c. 1960's  SOLD
