Hal Bienenfeld Op Art, Pop Art 'Bubble' Mirror

Great 1970's Op Art, Pop Art, 'bubble' mirror designed by Hal Bienenfeld/ Mirror Graphics.  The piece is composed of 6 convex mirrors on a square, flat mirror with a brushed chrome frame.  It can be hung vertically or horizontally.  24.5" square.  American, c. 1970's  SOLD

Curtis Jere Brutalist Ribbon Sculpture

Is this the one you've been waiting for?  The week wouldn't be complete without a Jere. This one has a lot of personality.  It's big and bold with brushed steel, ribbon-like, kinetic bands on a polished marble base.  The metal bands can be turned, but they look beautiful from every angle.  23" h., 12" w., 12" d.  American, c. 1970's  SOLD

Faux Bamboo Chinese Chippendale Style Mirror

The only other example I could find of this lovely faux bamboo, Chinese Chippendale style mirror lists it as French, giltwood and 1950's.  https://www.1stdibs.com/furniture/mirrors/wall-mirrors/french-giltwood-faux-bamboo-mirror/id-f_8841183/ That being said, this one has the factory date stamp and it's definitely American, 1970's.  The mirror has a molded composite frame that has been designed and finished to look like hand carved gilded wood.  The frame is finished in a burnished gold/ bronze finish.  49" h., 26" w., 1.5" d. Hobbs Mirror Framed Mirror
